When will materials be due for my campaign?

After your media plan or contract is finalized, our project management team will create a unique submission form for your campaign. They will contact to you by email with the due date and a link to upload materials. Timelines will vary based on the needs for your video campaign, two weeks prior is a typical timeline.

What are the image requirements for my campaign?

As a best practice, high-resolution, clean images without any copy or branding are requested. Images should be professionally shot, showcasing lifestyle or room settings. Horizontal images with a minimum resolution of 1920x1080px are preferred. The image specs for your campaign are listed within your custom submission form and can also be found in the related Knowledge Base article.

What should I wear on-camera?

Dress in a way that feels comfortable and representative of you professionally. We suggest avoiding tight stripes as they moiré on camera and all white because it can easily overexpose.

What type of connectivity is required for remove recording?

You will need to have an internet connection to film. You can be connected to the internet either via WIFI or cell phone data (LTE). When using an iPhone, WIFI is typically stronger and more stable. If connecting by computer, we recommend plugging into ethernet.

What type of lighting is best for remote recording?

When choosing a location take note of the light that already exists in the location (ambient light). Bright, naturally lit areas with adjustable lighting (ie: shades and curtains). You typically want to face the light source or have it on the side of you.

What type of location provides the best audio quality for remote recording?

Select a quiet place to film without background noise like AC vents, fans, phones ringing, or areas where you can hear traffic or other people. Avoid very large spaces and very confined spaces, both can cause echo depending what furniture or acoustic materials are in the room to absorb sound.

How long does my campaign run?

Campaigns will go live on the scheduled run date. Durations vary by campaign type and details can also be found in the related Knowledge Base article.

How will I receive reporting with my campaign metrics?

After the completion of your campaign, your Client Strategist or Sales Director will touch base with you directly with reporting. KPI’s vary by campaign and details can also be found in the related Knowledge Base article.

Video assets that are relevant to the interview topic may be included with your submission. We work with 4k timelines and videos will need to be 1920x1080 pixels (HD) minimum resolution. 3840x2160 Pixels (4k) is always preferred if available.

Will there be interview questions supplied prior to recording?

Our editor will prepare questions based on the information supplied in your submission form. The questions will be sent to you the week prior to recording.
