LUXE Trade Show Product Video Guidelines
Learn how to prepare for your trade show product video with best practices on content guidelines and submission requirements.
After your media plan or contract is finalized, our project management team will create a unique submission form for your video. They will contact to you by email with the due date and a link to upload materials. The trade show video will highlight one product or collection in an interview with a single brand representative and b-roll footage captured by the LUXE video production team.

📑 Assets required for your submission form
To complete your submission form, the following assets and information are needed:
- Goals: press release, product sheet, or talking points for your video content
- Image(s): 1 image minimum for DTV thumbnail, additional imagery as available
- On-camera representative: a single on-camera personality identified with name, title, and email address for calendar invitation
- Location: booth or showroom location within the trade show
🖼️ What you need to know about image quality
As a best practice, high-resolution, clean images without any copy or branding are requested. Images should be professionally shot, showcasing your product in lifestyle or room settings with bright colors and unique features.
Image Specifications:
- Image Resolution: 1920x1080px or better
- Preferred File Types: png, jpg, tiff
🔗 Guidelines regarding content and scheduling
After receiving your submission form, our video production manager will email interview questions and scheduling details. There is no pre-call needed prior to filming.
The shoot will take 30-45 minutes to complete the interview (10-15 min) and b-roll capture (20-30 min). When preparing for your video, please keep in mind the final 1-2 minute length. We find this to be the most impactful duration for this product type across all platforms.

Impressions: 50k+ social media plays
Your trade show product video lives on the DESIGNTV website for 1 year. Additionally, DESIGNTV will actively promote your segment through LUXE social media platforms to ensure it meets its guaranteed KPI's. After the completion of your campaign, your Client Strategist or Sales Director will touch base with you directly with reporting.
