Learn how to prepare your partner content for LUXE Interiors + Design social ad campaigns with best practices on image quality, copy guidelines, and submission requirements.
After your media plan or contract is finalized, our project management team will create a unique submission form for your campaign. They will contact to you by email with the due date and a link to upload materials. Your targeted Instagram/Facebook ad content should align with the LUXE brand identity and focus on a theme that is relevant, informative, and engaging for the audience.

📑 Assets required for your submission form
To create your targeted social ad, the following assets are needed:
- Images: 1-5 images without copy or branding
- Caption: 1 caption, 200 characters or less, 2-3 brand oriented hashtags
- Headline: 3-4 words for the Learn more button
- URL: website link for Learn more button
- Company Instagram and Facebook Accounts: URL preferred
- Targeting Parameters
🖼️ What you need to know about image quality
As a best practice, high-resolution, clean images without any copy or branding are requested. Images should be professionally shot, showcasing lifestyle or room settings with bright colors and unique interior or architectural features.
Images should be sharp and well-lit to catch the viewer's attention. Images that are underlit or have harsh shadows can lose detail and appear less professional. Ensure the main subject of your photo is clear and well-positioned. We recommend following the rule of thirds, a photographic guideline that divides an image into nine parts using two horizontal and two vertical lines. Placing subjects at these intersections or lines makes photos more engaging.

- Maximum File Size: 30 MB
- Preferred File Types: JPG, PNG
🔗 Guidelines regarding content and links
LUXE editors will ensure the content remains clear and concise. Images should mirror the look and feel of the LUXE social media feeds. Silo images and images featuring people or animals will not be selected. The LUXE editorial team will have final approval on content and imagery to ensure brand alignment and consistency. A video file can be used in place of a still image or carousel ad. If you opt for a video, please ensure it is 1080x1350px, in mp4 format, and under 1 min in length. The CTA button text will be “Learn more” for this sponsored placement. UTM links are accepted.

Instagram/Facebook ads are targeted to engaged LUXE social media followers, website visitors and very specific lookalike audiences. Beginning on the scheduled run date, the platform will deliver the ad to the targeted group audience. After the completion of your campaign, your Sales Director will touch base with you directly with reporting.
